Can I fill a prescription from another clinic?
Yes. Bring the original prescription or share a clear photo, and our pharmacist will check it before preparing your medicine.
How long does a prescription take?
Most prescriptions are ready within 15 minutes. Prescriptions from a Poteka doctor are usually waiting by the time you reach the counter.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans. Bring your card and we will apply your coverage at the counter.
Where do you deliver?
Within 10 km of the clinic. Orders placed before 3pm arrive the same day, and delivery is free for repeat refills.
Do I need to book a vaccination?
No. Walk in during opening hours. For travel vaccines, come at least four weeks before your trip.
